When Kodaka Hasegawa discovers he will be moving to a new school, he is eager to make a good impression and find friends. Unfortunately, he is quickly seen as a violent delinquent because of his blond hair and intimidating look. Even after a month, his bad reputation keeps him isolated. His luck changes when he finds Yozora Mikazuki, another loner, talking to her imaginary friend in an empty classroom. After sharing their stories of loneliness, Kodaka and Yozora decide to create the Neighbor's Club to help each other make friends. This club is for those without friends, focusing on learning social skills and fitting in. Joined by Sena Kashiwazaki, who loves eroge, and other quirky outcasts, Kodaka might finally find a group of friends in this fun and unique club.
